The current price list gives only nominal figures for jobs carried out under ordinary conditions. Any extra requests regarding deadlines, forms or other technical data may lead to a price modification.
The transposition of any documents will be effected only after we have received an order form and/or a quote signed and returned via e-mail (info@medconsult.ru) of fax (+7 095 5029840).
The minimum invoice corresponds to the applicable rate of 1000 words.
For anything less then 1000 words, we charge between $75.00 and $100.00, depending on the language and the character of the text.
Unless otherwise specified, when an order is placed, and agreed to by MedСonsult, all invoices are payable ON RECEIPT. No discount is foreseen for cash payment.
Failure to pay will enhance interest charges and the reimbursement of any incurred costs, plus potential compensation for damages up to 25% of the total amount due.
Any objections concerning these conditions, the quality of the translation, and/or the delivery terms will be considered only within fourteen days after the date of receipt.
All translations shall remain the property of MedConsult, until the confirmed payment for the job is received. As a professional rule, MedConsult reminds you that our responsibility is limited to the value of the invoice.
In the event of any cancellations, the charges shall represent 50% of the agreed sum.
MedConsult guarantees the absolute confidentiality of all documents in our possession. MedConsult reserves the right to refuse the transposition.
