Manager.
When received,
your medical translation request is reviewed
by one of our managers, who contacts you and
selects a task team, taking into consideration
all the specifics of the particular text.
Since then the manager takes all organizational
part of the project and keeps in touch with
you.
Medical
Translators.
Once the translation team is formed,
our translators review the text to verify word counts,
assess terminology difficulties and estimate the time required to complete the project.
Quote.
We complete a quote and send
it along with our contract via e-mail. If you accept the quote,
then you sign the form and e-mail it back.
Deposit.
For first-time clients,
we require a 70% deposit. Upon receiving the check (by fax or e-mail),
we begin to work on the project.
Translation.
If any questions arise during translation, we will contact you for clarification.
Proofreading.
Once the translation is complete, it is checked and corrected, if necessary, by an editor.
Final
Review.
Our project manager performs the final review of the document to check its readiness for delivery.
Delivery.
The translation can be delivered as a hard copy and/or an electronic text via fax, modem, e-mail, Federal Express, or regular mail. To the nearby located clients translations can be delivered by couriers.
